What to Expect
Treatment Times
Treatment times vary depending on the service scheduled. Please allow for undressing, dressing, consultation and resting time.
Health Information
In order to ensure customized treatments and to accommodate special needs, a general health and skin care form must be completed by each guest during their first visit.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Because services are scheduled by appointment only, this time is reserved exclusively for you. We respectfully ask that you give your therapist at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. "No shows" and any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to 50-100% of the fee for the time reserved. Gift certificates will lose the appropriate value. Please call our business line directly at 401-769-0900. Email cancellations are not accepted.
Late Arrivals
Please understand that scheduled services cannot be extended, unless there is availablility to do so. An unrushed treatment will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled time reserved. You will be responsible for the full service fee.
Payment
Payment for services and retail sales are due upon completion of your visit. Cash, Personal Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. The appropriate bank fees will be applied for returned checks.
Tipping
Gratuities are accepted and always appreciated.
Safety
For your safety and ours, we take all universal precautions necessary and use appropriate methods of sterilization.
Cell Phones
Cell phones and other electronic devices should be turned off to enjoy the full benefit of your therapeutic treatment and to avoid disturbing other guests' treatments.
